I've installed the latest version of OBS Studio (64bit) on my Windows 10 and I got a DIGITNOW! 4Kp60 HDMI Capture Card. I am trying to record my Nintendo Switch.
When I try to add a source 'Video Capture Source' and select 'USB3.0 4K Video', I am seeing a 'Not Support' error on the screen. Please see the screenshot attached.
For some reason, OBS Studio cannot view or capture my source. But I tried using Wondershare DemoCreator and I can see the video source fine.
But not sure why OBS cannot display the source. Any suggestions?
