Video capture device problem?

I have a desktop webcam of logiteck.
I want to use this video capture in the scene 1and scene 2.
Is it possible in the obs?
If it is possible, why my obs program can not add this same video capture device to both of the scene1 and the scene 2.
How can I solve this?
