Video Capture Device Preview Screen is Black

Using a Windows 10 laptop and a Magewell capture card with a Sony camera. Seeing an issue that recently occurred where adding the camera as a capture device it will not display the video in preview. I messed around with the Resolution/FPS, changing the resolution but nothing I do seems to be able to kick that video on. On OBS version 27.0.1
