I am using the following set up. I have a Canon Vixia HF R80 and a Digit Now Video Capture Card (see below). When I hook everything up to my computer and go into the OBS program, and add a scene, then add source I don't see my device. All that comes up is the intergrated webcam that is on my Dell laptop. There are no other options. My camera does not show up. What am I missing? Thanks so much, Brian

Does it work in the software provided with the capture device? If so, try using the 32-bit version of OBS; many cheaper capture cards are based on old/cheap and outdated chipsets that only have 32-bit drivers available, and by default OBS runs the 64-bit version which can't 'talk' to those.
Alternately, it may not be presenting as a UVC video device at all, and may only work with their software; in that case you'd have to window capture their capture software in OBS.
Do be aware that you are VERY likely to have significant capture delay, as that is a USB 2.0 device.
