Question / Help Video Capture Device location

I'm trying to set up a webcam via Video Capture Device. The Video Capture Device detects my webcam, resizes and everything. I want it in the lower right. I've tried the move down and move to bottom and none of the move commands seem to work. Center works, but that's the middle of my screen.

Am I missing something simple or do move-down and move to bottom mean something different? I'd love a request to move to lower right corner (or any corner).

Thanks for a great free program that just plain works.

Turn on edit mode while streaming or previewing, and just click on the web cam picture and drag it to where you want.

Thanks. Worked. I think I didn't hit "Edit Scene" because I thought of it as editing the source but apparently it's a magical button. =)
