Question / Help Video Capture Device does not work

A Easier cap or HP TrueVison and Both for some reason will work sometimes other not if i want to record ps2 with face cam i cant only one works or none

I have the same problem, my device is recognized by window 10 under the name "FHD Capture USB 3.0" ,
but obs 24.0.3 does not recognize it, while under Linux "Lubuntu" it is recognized by OBS and I use it without worry,
I don't know what I did wrong under window.
