Question / Help video capture device can't show the video

my version 22.0.3(mac), video capture device can't show the video. but the live game ultra-audio is working.
i use AVerMedia GC553 please Help!

Does the Avermedia show video in other applications that use a webcam-- does it show up, for instance, in Skype, or FaceTime?

This app is not authorized to use Live Gamer Ultra-Video.

There should be a setting in System Preferences where you give permission for OBS to use your audio and input devices. Until you give it permission, OBS will not be able to connect to the Avermedia.
