i'm converting VHS to mp4 using OBS.
the audio is completely fine when playing, BUT when i navigate through the video, it keeps playing this annoying sound every time.
this also happens immediately when i open the .mp4 and close it.
this "bug" also occurs on other PC's and even on Android.
it's hard to explain in text so i made a video here:

settings in OBS:
[OUTPUT]
- Recording Format: MPEG-4 (.mp4)
- Video Encoder: Software (x264)
- Audio Encoder: AAC (Default)
- Audio Track: (it has 6 boxes, only the first one is checked, no. 1)
i'm going crazy over this, can you please help?
