Bug Report Video capture card no longer works

This morning all of a sudden OBs will not pick up my Webcam now at first i thought ti was my webcam so i went through all these things to make it work then i finally decided to dl *shivers* xsplit*.... and see if it was OBs and sure enough Xsplit picks up my webcam just fine. Like i don't even know what happened it just randomly stopped picking up my Webcam and when ever i went to right click the video capture window it would just look like a regular add window

When was the last time you reinstalled OBS?
What internet security software do you have installed?

Installing it i don't know software i thinki have windows defender and malware,spybot

The errors in the log are consistent with an overzealous antimalware program deleting the video capture device plugin.

Reinstall OBS.

Spybot is known to cause some issues, not sure if this is one of them.

Do you know if Avast regularly causes issues? I've never had issues with my Elgato and OBS like this until now. OBS refuses to see the connection to my cap card despite the cap card software and firmware being up to date.
