Question / Help Video Capture cant detect my elgato ??

Hello
I wanna stream to twitch from my elgato via OBS. I have done it loads of time before but when i tried today it will not connect my elgato. My elgato is not open meanwhile im trying to detect

Pls someone help

Reinstall both versions (32-bit and 64-bit) of the elgato software with OBS closed.
