Video Capture Black Screen

On Sunday, I had OBS set up and ready to stream a video feed and everything looked fine (I had not started streaming yet). Suddenly my preview screen window went black and now it will not output anything but a black screen. If I click on the settings for the video capture device it is detecting the camera just fine. We have been using OBS for 2 years and have never had this happen. Things I have tried so far with no luck:
Upgrading OBS
Within my desktop computer graphics settings, selecting High Performance for OBS
Power cycling my computer
Unplugging everything and plugging it back in

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here I run OBS Studio in administrator mode.
In FIFA 23 I use "window capture" instead of "game capture".

(My English language is not fluent.)
