Hello!
I tried to stream and my viewers complain that the video is constantly buffering.

My PC:
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 6600
  • GPU: Gigabyte HD7870 2Gb
  • RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x8Gb DDR4
  • Windows 10 x64 (without updates).
  • OBS v0.657b x32, mb i must install obs x64?
  • ISP 1: 100Mbps download /100Mbps upload
  • ISP 2: 100Mbps download /100Mbps upload (GPON)
I use quick sync encoder.

First time i start stream in fullHD (1920x1080, 60 fps, 3500 bitrate), viewers tell me "video buffering". Ok! I decided to reduced quality.
Second time i start in fullHD (1920x1080, 30 fps, 2500 bitrate), and again viewers tell me "video buffering".

Third time i start in HD (1280x720, 60 fps, 2500 bitrate) ... video buffering

For the fourth time start in HD (1280x720, 30 fps, 2500 bitrate) ... video buffering...

..... i start in HD (1280x720, 30 fps, 2000 bitrate) ... video buffering.

Then i start stream in HD (1280x720, 30 fps, 1800, then 1900 bitrate) stream is buffering one time, then playing normaly. But the quality of the Stream does not suit me.
After these steps, I changed ISP 1 to ISP 2, and checked how the stream work on ISP 2.
Having passed all the steps again, I realized that the situation does not change.

Can you help me?

Here is the log file of the last broadcast, there I changed ISP 1 to ISP 2 several times and back.

ISP 1 speedtest to Frankfurt:

ISP 2 (GPON) speedtest to Frankfurt:

Then I found Twitchtester and made tests

ISP 1:

sns_8k_10sec.jpg

sns_4m_10sec.jpg

ISP 2 (GPON):

Welcome to Twitch there is not much more to say, some days its good some days its quite horrible.

Though you already tried the Suggestions in the Thread already there is not much you can do.

As a Test you could stream to Hitbox and see if it Buffers there, but as long as you are not dropping Frames and you already lowered the Bitrate theres not much left to do to reduce Buffering.

Thx guys...
I start test stream on hitbox with settings - 1920x1080, 30 fps, 3500 bitrate. dropped frames - 0% and the stream is stable.
Maybe try to write support?

Wont help you.

1-2 Years ago there where Rumors that if you streamed frequently for multiple hours like 4-6 days a Week for 4-6 Hours you, rather your Viewers, would at some Point be routed through "Priority Servers" those were equal to what Twitch Partners got.

Since I've been able to watch any stream at whatever Bitrate as long as they are Partner (on Source) but as soon as a Friend tried streaming with anything above 2500Bitrate it was a Diashow caused by Buffering.
