Bug Report Video Blur

And no, it's not a pixelated blur but literally, as if someone took a wet painting, and rubbed a tissue all over it, making a large blur in the general area. I have no idea but it's been happening to my gameplays a lot now.

Any ideas as to why it is like this??

Yes. Open up %APPDATA%\OBS and delete the shaderCache folder. This bug will most likely be fixed in the next release.

Make sure your resolution is set properly. Also try deleting %APPDATA%\OBS\shaderCache
