Question / Help Video/Audio Sync

Hey guys. My webcam seems to be lagging when I stream so my voice is delayed. I've been streaming for about a month and I haven't had this problem until a couple days ago. Today I updated to the newest version of OBS and I checked the box in advanced settings that forces sync to occur. However, these updates and changes did not fix my video/audio syncing. What should I do!? =(

I may write a test version real quick to see if I can find the culprit for this if it only happens in 0.47a and up
