Question / Help Video/Audio out of sync using Quick Sync. x264 is fine.

My audio is out of sync by what seems like only 1/4 a second. All I've been able to figure out is that it is fine on x264 but not on Quick Sync. Like if I am recording CS:GO, you will hear the gunshot before the gun is actually fired. It is only by roughly 1/4 of a second. Still noticeable nonetheless.
