Question / Help VIDEO APPERS SOME TIMES AND SOMETIMES NOT

HI
I'M A NEW USER OF OBS...
I USED OSB FOR CAPTURE VIDEO FROM MY VIDEO PLAYER LIKE CAMERA VIDEO 8 OR VHS
THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOMETIMES THE VIDEO CAPTURE IS WORKING AND SOMETIMES THE PROGRAM DONT RECOCNIZE THE SIGNAL,ONLY THE AUDIO WORKS
I UNPLOGED THE USB CAPTURE AND CONNECTED AND ITS NOT WORKING,
SOMETIMES WORK AND SOMETIMES NOT... AND I NOT FIGURE OUT WHY.
I WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP HOW TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.

i found it on on the "help"
the log files is empty and when i press on "uplaod currnet log file" or the others options nothing happend
 
If you're actually using classic (0.659b) then you need to upgrade to studio to get support.
