Question / Help Video and sound out of sync

hello I am currently using the elgato hd60s. I am noticing the the video is maybe 15 sec ahead of the audio from the capture card. What is the right way to offset this? It's super annoying and I can't find a direct fix. My audio from the cap card is set to monitor and output. In the source the audio for the cap card is set to cap card only. If you need any other info let me know. Thanks in advance- m0orty
