Question / Help Video and audio out of sync

Hi Guys,

I have started streaming recently and my audio and video (webcam/game play) are completely out of sync.
I have tried almost everything and nothing is working.

I would be so grateful if someone could help me out. Its so annoying!

For me using c920
In OBS settings go in advanced
Audio, Enable - Force desktop to use video timestamps...
Global Audio Sync Offset: 200

Everything else at their defaults
