I really have no idea what is going on.
Set Up:
SCART adapter on LINE-IN TV on Sony VHS recorder. Connected to GEMBIRD USB videograpper.
Windows 10
Netherlands
Open OBS and add new video capture device i can select OEM Device.
Configure Video: PAL_N
Confirgure Crossbar : Composite In...
I expect to see a blue screen from VHS records and when press play the video itself, but i just get black screen.
When in selected OEM device the screen glitch for 1 sec and went back to black
Hopefully you experts have an idea what is going on. If you need more information please let me know
