Hello,
I am using OBS to convert some old VHS recordings to mp4. I have my VCR connected to the USB port on my PC using a Video Capture device which has a SCART+Composite (Red, Yellow, White) cable connection.
When I play back my mp4 recordings I hear sound ok, but I often hear exactly the SAME sound again about 10 seconds later! So, if somebody said "pass me my drink" in the video it would be repeated again later over the other sound playing. Sometimes the sound just seems scrambled. I done a few tests one was to turn OFF all Audio Monitoring, this seemed to make a difference on a short 30 second recording, but when recording over 2 hours the sound was bad again. So i'm a bit lost to what is causing the sound problems. Please let me know if you have any ideas?
Thank you. (setting images attached).
