VFR - Variable Frame Rate problem (confirmed)

So I can confirm OBS 26 is recording in VFR (variable frame rate) and there is no way to turn it off. I tested this on multiple codecs, including OSB defaults.
Not only does Premiere Pro detected it

But also windows detects it too:

Now before someone says "its not OBS, its Premiere or Windows telling you wrong info", I recorded simultaniously on OBS, Cam Link 4K, and to the SD card in same my camera, and made sure all frame rates where the same for all 3. And when I brought footage over to premiere, and overlayed footage on top of each other and played video frame by frame, I noticed my Cam Link 4K software and internal SD footage matched, but the footage recorded on OBS did not match and would be slightly different frame by frame every couple of frames.

This problem is not present on OBS 25 and only began on OBS 26.

I'm having the same issue here. The strange part is that I can save the file in premiere pro after I import, then close it and reopen. It only works if I do it this way.
