I hope I can explain this properly because this is a really strange issue.
I was doing a bit of screen recording with OBS and when I brought up my Edge browser and try to move the mouse over it it just becomes unresponsive and after awhile Edge just closes. This also happens with the volume control (system tray), any right click menu from any app in the taskbar and the Action Center as well.
Everything else, desktop, start10 Menu, open file explorer, seem to work normally.
It almost feels as if the system is being taxed very heavily as the CPU usage goes up abnormally, mouse lags heavily, until I am off the affected areas, then it drops back to normal.
I used OBS earlier in the year and it worked fine, but this is the first time I have used it since like June/July.
Does anyone have any ideas on this strange issue??
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
