I tried to change the server where I run the stream but the problem recurs, I pass the last logs in the hope of solving it as soon as possible, however if I call the provider what should I ask? a change of frequency?

In case I have to contact my provider, since I have seen others with the same problem with the Fastweb provider, but in case I contact them what should I request? a change of frequency or NAT?
