Hey! When I stream, I get very poor quality.

I have an i7 4790k,
R9 390
Z97-A
8GB of RAM

Uncheck CBR and put quality to 10

CPU preset --> Faster

Process priority class --> high ( helped for me )

Video filter --> Lanczos

Uncheck CFR

So you want to make the quality WORSE by giving him settings that are for recording?

CFR is required by streaming services and CBR is highly recommended.
