Your output res is 1536x864, not 1920x1080 (basically it's 1.25 downscaled of 1080p). Meaning you're streaming in 864p, not 1080p

Is it only pixelated when you move around or also when you're stationary? A bit hard to understand without a vod...

Well, seems like it's mostly pixelated when youre moving around, so my best guess would be if you inc the CPU present, inc bitrate and lower fps, so it doesnt strain the CPU that much while you're playing.

1080P@60FPS with a bitrate of 3500 will only be a nightmare.

drop it to 720P@60FPS with a bitrate of 3500 and set your preset to Faster or Fast depending on how much CPU headroom you have on top of the game running. This will be the only way to get rid of your Pixelation OR drop it to 720P@30FPS (Can look choppy though).

Lol yeah was going to try the 720P, the estimator told me to do 720 or 1080P
With bitrate 3500, I will try it out, I will check on the fast or faster thing as well

After changing it to 720@60fps , and putting it at Fast or Faster, it dramatically reduced my FPS in game by 60+ and was choppy on stream ;(

if you modify the x264 CPU preset to a preset below "veryfast" it will have an impact on your computer when streaming HD.

The reason why 1080p 60fps is pixellated is because it requires at least about 4000 bitrate to really be able to stream it. And that's pretty much just the minimum. Many viewers will have difficulty watching it, and flash will have issues decoding it for many people because flash's decoder sucks. Use 720p 60fps, use "veryfast" x264 CPU preset, and use 2500 to 3000. 3000 is probably recommended if you have that much available.

jim you know thats not true ... for 1080@60 with high motion scenes you need by far more than a 10000bitrate probably a 15000 would be more realistic to get the same quality like a 720@60 3500bitrate stream obviously all on veryfast
