Hey,

i really need you help guys... i wanted to stream/record with obs WorldOfWarcraft, Overwatch and other games.. but the main problem is the following:
I start the game and the game is on about 100 - 300 fps (doesn't really matter which one)
  • i start recording with shadowplay => no problem
  • i record with dxtory => no problem
  • i record with fraps => no problem
  • i preview/record/stream the game in obs as gamecapture => the game still has his high fps, but the the preview/record/stream is on 1-10 fps
  • i preview/record/stream the game in obs as windowcapture => the game still has his high fps, but the the preview/record/stream is on 1-10 fps
  • i preview/record/stream the game in obs as videoobject from dxtory => the game still has his high fps, but the the preview/record/stream is on 1-10 fps

My Specs:
  • Intel Core i7 4790k 4x 4.00GHz
  • 4096MB Asus GeForce GTX 970 STRIX OC Edition
  • MSI Z94-G43 Intel Z94

Try without your webcam. The c920 is pretty infamous.

Set the scene buffering time to 700 instead of 400.

The preview window isn't necessarily representative of the level of smoothness that will be seen in the stream or recording. Its there so you can see what you're streaming, not how smooth is going to look.

Yes. I streamed it and recorded it. Watched the result and it came up the same with the same lowfps..
