very low fps when recording osu

Hi,

so i am trying to start recording osu! videos again and i am getting extremely low fps in osu! usually without recording its 960fps but when recording it drops to 350fps and becomes unplayable. (recorded before with no issues but reinstalled windows)

I feel so old with 350 FPS being unplayable but anyway:
1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Turn down the video quality options in the game.
