Question / Help Very high ping in game while streaming it on Twitch

I`ve tried using this software with all the recommended settings, but when I try to stream Rocket League on Twitch, I get 400+ ping. My upload speed is around 15 Mbps. If I drop the bitrate to 1000, I have normal ping, but not during kick offs and the quality of the stream is not good at all.
Can anybody help me fix this and tell me what I am doing wrong?

I ran the log through the analyzer:

I also uploaded my latest log

I will do that later tonight and post the log in here.
Somebody else said that my 10 Mbps upload speed is not powerful enough for streaming, but I saw many videos on Youtube and nobody mentioned a minimum speed that is required. ALso, my upload speed was mentioned and used to calculate the bitrate that you would use for the stream.

That quality is pretty good. I am guessing you run OBS Studio as Admin?
Have you ever tried streaming games to see how the quality is?

No games, just pool, nothing else. We're using a few tricks such as the static borders on the side so more bits can be allocated to the non-static content. Due to the nature of the content (mostly static), we probably get better quality than most at 3 Mpbs, but the claim that "10 Mbps upload speed is not powerful enough for streaming" is complete BS. Twitch specifically lists Bitrate: 6000 kbps for 1080p 60fps.

That is what I was thinking. But then I still have no idea why my Rocket League game lags so much.
I can also try to stream another game to see if I have the same trouble then as well.

Your provided log does not contain an Output Session.
1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.
Provide link to new log.

I just tried to stream The Division 2 on Twitch and I did not get any lag in the game.
So i think it has to be something with the game Rocket League that uses so much bandwith for me to lag
