Bug Report Very high GPU usage while idling with OBS 24

Heya,

i just updatedto OBS 24 cause i'd love to use the Browser Mute feature. However, even while idling (not streaming/recording, just having it open), the new version has a very high GPU usage. Depending on the scene im on it can reach 100%.
Comparing it to OBS 23.2.1, it's a huge difference. I'm assuming it has mostly to do with having browser sources in your scene.

Also having this issue with OBS 24 only.
GTX 680, went from 24% usage to 81% usage on idle scenes with nothing but webcam, no browser sources.

Could you check if the GPU clock stays the same between 23 and 24?

also tried the 24.0.1 version but pretty much same results as 24.

I'm a bit confused, your v24 screenshot shows 0% GPU load. Are you sure OBS was running when you took the screenshot?

Yeah OBS was open and weirdly enough in the task manager it showed a high gpu load again (80%+).

Try turning off the "use hardware acceleration" setting in your media sources.
