Very high fps drop on recording

hi
I have a lots of fps drops in my recording
when I wanted to record a rainbow 6 match replay, in 25 minutes, I got about 17000 frames missed due rendering lag on 60 fps
it means I lost about 20% of my videos due rendering lag!
I didn't have any lag or fps drop in my game (80 fps on 1080 with recorder)
and the output resolution in my obs is 720
I don't have this problem with other games like cod mw, minecraft, gta and etc
why this happened? my recorded video is very lag now :(

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version (not 11). Your version is no longer supported.
2. Update OBS from https://obsproject.com/download . Old versions are not supported.
3. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
5. Cap your games at 60 FPS.
