Question / Help Very High Dropped Frames, Low CPU Usage

I am getting very high dropped frames (60%+) starting from yesterday night when streaming WoW. CPU usage is very low (<5%), and internet speed fine. Not sure why this is happening. I have also tried streaming to another platform to see if it's network issues and the same was happening.

My bitrate is at 6000 and CPU preset is veryfast.

The log you provided shows no streaming attempt.

Dropped frames as reported by obs' status bar are a connection issue 200% of the time.
