Question / Help Very high dropped frames - 0.8% cpu usage only - good PC

Hi, i'm having a hard time trying to stream with quality. I have a decent PC, a I7 4790k, gtx1080, 16gb ram (like it is in the log).

My internet is 120/10mb, just reported at speedtest like 120/9mb. The thing is, when i'm streaming my dropped frames go from 40-50 to even 60%...

Funny thing is my CPU usage (reported in OBS and task manager) is like 0,8%, in rare ocasions get to 1%, temperatures super low...

EDIT: In game my frames are super high, everything normal like is supposed to.

That's funny because i'm doing some search and all i see is people complaining about the high cpu use...

So, anyone has a clue about what could be happening?

Thanks in advance!

PS: I have two monitors, different refresh rates, but anyway, this low cpu usage cant be normal!

Thanks again.

Thanks Fenrir, i'll take a look and see if i can find a solution.

Anyway, that low cpu usage is normal?

Thanks!

You're using the NVENC encoder to stream, which means all the encoding is taking place on your GPU, so yes, it's normal.
