Bug Report VERY high CPU usage

I've posted about this in another topic but as I'm investigating this I came to a conclusion that it needs to be reported in separate topic. So when I record something in OBS classic with my C922 camera and personify I have up to 80% of CPU usage(!!!) about 40 % without personify. I have i5 4690k overclocked sooo... yeah. With the same settings in OBS studio I have proper 12-15 % cpu usage with camera without personify. WTF is wrong?

Partialy it looks that way but there is huge difrence between obs studio and obs classic in that regard so it is also seem like a problem with obs I think.
