Very dark captures when recording skyrim se with OBS

Hi. My captues are substantially darker than then actual video I see when playing. I am using an ENB, if that matters. In game I can see all, albeit sometimes a bit dim with flickering lights and torches at night. But I can see. In the recording, even when I drop it in Premiere 2021 to make sure it is not just a VLC thing, the darker scenes are clsoe to all black. Daytime is ok. But indoors with low lighting and outside in dark nights it is like 95 percent black. Please see pic.

Any ideas? New to forum, not sure what you will need from me to help you help me?

Its OBS 27.0.1, Win 10.
