Question / Help Very Choppy Stream

I've been messing around with OBS Studio for the last week of streaming. I honestly love Studio more than the original, minus a few kinks and missing features. I mainly love it because my game performance has improved by at least 50%.

Anyway, yesterday (and a few days before) I did a 6 hour stream, streaming American Truck Simulator (~5 hours) and H1Z1 (2.5 hours) and around the 2 hour mark, I started noticing that OBS Studio looked very choppy. I asked the stream and multiple people said they did notice it being choppy. I checked Task Manager to see how much CPU was being used and it was ~80%. For me, that's pretty low. If I was streaming through OBS, that would be around the 95% mark.

I don't get any warning like "High Encoding" until I get in H1Z1 and I play my first game of the day. It'll only happen for about 30 seconds as the map loads in. Other than that, I have no problems and didn't notice OBS being choppy when playing H1, even after watching the VOD.

Here's a part of the stream where it looked choppy: http://www.twitch.tv/drewlinskii/v/43688258?t=03h48m50s

If you start running out of VRAM, this can happen. Try turning down VRAM-intensive features and see if it improves the framerate. You should be able to do this without going live, since the window will read the framebuffer.
