Hey,

I just built up a new setup for streaming tho i'm getting very bad results on twitch quality, i've tried and messed around with several settings but still very far from what I should get, since i've seen people running with lower pc specs and streaming world of warcraft perfectly. Thing is that ingame i never drop below 50-55 fps but in the stream it's all very choppy and stuttering. As you can see in http://www.twitch.tv/deciz/b/423726325 .

My netspeed is

Please shed some light into this, ive tried several settings/bitrates,tried windows capture & game capture and I just cant seem to make it work properly on stream.

Unfortunately, your problem here is your GPU. That particular GPU has issues with it that make game capture (and probably most captures) slow. At the moment, you can probably only barely support 30fps with how slow your GPU is making OBS run, or maybe 25fps more reliably.

You can try Window capture with Aero enabled, or Monitor capture with Aero disabled (and the game in Windowed or Borderless mode for both), but I'm not sure how much it will improve performance.
