Question / Help VERY BAD Sound Quality

Hey all,

I have a big problem with the sound quality. It basically sucks when i stream or doing a local recording. I find no word to describe it, I just think it'd rip my viewers ears if I had someone watching.

I'm completely fine with every other thing but this is really really annoying. Here is the example stream: http://www.twitch.tv/qwikscopa/v/31299147

And how can we help you? Details please, first:
Upload a log from a stream (30min would be nice).
Second: drivers etc are fine? No updates there?
And what type of mic. do you use, that sounds worse than even a webcam mic...

That's not my voice in the beginning, i was watching a yt video. :D
Im using a headset, creative sound blaster 3d series.

The audio driver is fine. I tried to reinstall it some days ago.

And i also have a problem with making a stretched look on stream. I play the game 1024x768 stretched but in the stream it doesn't look like that.

One more thing, how can i see my log files?

OBS>Help>Log files.
We need them. And if that was not your voice - why would you post that here?
To fix audio issues we need a log and an example how your mic sounds and how your desktop audio sounds. Desktop audio is usually a pure signal, there is nothing that can go wrong if every "help" is disabled.
