Question / Help Version to download?

Hi there, most definitely a noob question but I want to make sure I get the download straight and don't have any problems.
On the download page there is 4 links - Binaries 32/64 bit (using 64) - Source - 0.466 Alpha - and the Test Build.

I've downloaded the 0.466 and it said I needed the 64 bit version for the game I'm trying to stream, so I extracted the folders from the binaries link and opened the 64 bit, at which point it said I needed 32 bit, so I opened the 32 bit and it said I needed 32 bit AND 64 bit

My main hunch is that the game I'm trying to stream (World of Tanks) is 32 bit, which is odd because I'm using 64 bit... Little confused, if someone could clear this up for a newbie to OBS id be grateful, thanks.

The installer gives you both the 64 and 32 bit versions. To use Game Capture, you need to use the same bit version of OBS as the game you're running (In almost all cases, 32)

I see now why it said I needed both, whenever I have internet explorer open it says I need 64 bit for it and 32 for the game, thanks for the quick replies

The only time you need to switch bit versions is when it comes to Game Capture, which you shouldn't need/be using for Internet Explorer :P

Okay so that means I am having a problem with something other than the game capture, my preview for the stream is always black, even at the desktop.
I read in FAQ to update Windows/Directx and both are updated.
I also tried windowed, full screen and windowed full screen in Path of Exile which is also 32 bit still nothing shows up
In OBS I have both games listed as Game Captures

For some other info if its useful I am using Windows 8, and 1680-1050 resolution
