Before posting I have read many post
From the update to version 19.0.2 the recording of the game becomes almost impossible and the streaming in YouTube, before had not had any problem.
I have disabled Game mode and everything related to Windows 10 Creators.
Playing PUBG there are continuous ups and downs in the FPS (drops) and a lot of LAG, only in capturing Obs Studio and in the final video, but not in the game itself going fluid.
Also I have sli of 980ti and I can not activate the multiadapter mode because it causes me more LAG, before if I used to activate it.
I use game capture and game in window mode since I have Nvidia Sourround in three monitors and play on the central monitor in window.

My pc is:
✅ CPU: Intel i7 6700k up to 4.2ghz
✅ GPU: SLI x 2 Nvidia Gtx 980ti Gigabyte G1 Gaming
✅ RAM: 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 3200hz G.Skill Trident Z
✅ MOTHER: Asus Maximus HERO VIII
✅ MONITOR: 3 x 27 inch BenQ EW2750ZL (Nvidia Surround)
✅ HHD1: Samsung V-nand SSD 950 Pro M.2 500gb
✅ HHD2: HyperX Kingston Savage SSD 480GB
✅ HHD3: HyperX Kingston Savage SSD 480GB
✅ HHD4: HHD 3TB
