Version 31 not allowing multiple instances to run is plainly stupid

Sorry not sorry to say, but the given reason of it being "unsafe" is such a ridiculous statement that I can't help but feel like it was the first word pulled out of a hat. It's never had any issues whatsoever and it's genuinely aggravating that I've been swept under the rug with a blanket statement of "We understand that a very small number of users have come to rely on the old bug for their workflows" seeing as how it's directly acknowledging that some people rely on it and are being disrupted yet told to suck it up.

I'm going back to an older version of OBS and unless this gets fixed I'm just staying there.
