Version 30.0.0 won't allow me to start streaming

Help! I downloaded the update yesterday for OBS Version 30.0.0 and now I am unable to Start Streaming. I get this error message :

Starting the output failed. Please check log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I updated my drivers.( I don't know what encoders I'm using) I do not understand the log. It is beyond my tech ability level. My computer is running Windows 10 and it is completely up to date. I can't run Windows 11 on this computer. I work for a church and we livestream our services. I need this fixed ASAP so we can livestream this Sunday. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with starting a stream.
Have a look at the Log Analyzer output below. Address the issues it raises..

Your log doesn't indicate very much but you need to have a stream going and upload another log.

@MarshaR
Code:
12:36:46.607: [qsv encoder: 'msdk_impl'] Specified object/item/sync point not found. (MFX_ERR_NOT_FOUND)
too old hardware for new OBS, either select other encoder or downgrade OBS to v29.1.3, for details see:
