Bug Report Version 23.2.1 Upgrade Issue

In the new 23.2.1 upgrade, when I am in Dacast OBS [Studio Mode] and my [Scene] is in the [Program] window IT HAS A BLACK BACKGROUND. When the only action I'm taking is on the [Program] - [Scene]: I [Right-Click], select [Fullscreen Projector (Program] - [Display1: 1600x900 @ 0,0]. the scene is displayed full screen BUT the background of my [Fullscreen] laptop screen is now 'GREY' NOT 'BLACK' as before the upgrade. Why the change and how do I get the BLACK background back in the [Fullscreen]?​
