VB Audio Cable Stopped working

For the past couple of months, I've been using VB Audio Cable to have my OBS mic filters carry over to Discord, but the program updated the other day and hasn't worked since. I know it can't be a Windows 11 problem because I've had Windows 11 since before I started using the program and never had any problems until now. I was gonna post a thread directly on the VB Audio forum, but my account has to be manually activated by an admin and, as far as I know, no one's done that. Has anyone here had this issue and know what to do?

I was able to kinda fix the problem by rolling back to the previous version, so it legitimately does seem to be an issue with the most recent update, but any help or potential solutions/insight are still very much appreciated!
