Question / Help Variety Streaming - Settings - Pixelated stream when moving

Hi, I am currently faced with the issue of a somewhat pixilatedstream, although the quality is perfect at 60fps and 1080p with no frames being lost I am currently stuck in a ditch trying to figure out what to do.I have attempted to change the bitrate fluctuating from 2500-3500 and using the best server for me at a ms of 20 Bitrate of 10000+ and quality of over 90. I currently am using the NVIDIA encoder and the CQP rate control of 18. Video input 1080p Video Output 1080p Lanczos filter 60fps.

PC specs :

i7 6700k 4.2 GHZ
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Z170 motherboard
16GB RAM

I have successfully created a profile in which I can perfectly record gameplay at 1080p 60fps, I am only finding it difficult to stream.

I have attempted using x264 unfortunately the stream is more pixelated that previously. A fair impact on performace is also afflicted
