valorant ping spiking when streaming. log files attached

i tested my connection when not streaming and it was fine so its definitely while streaming. i tried downscaling output to 720p and it still is spiking a lot.

edit the logs were too large to attach.

i looked at it and this error kept recurring so i assume this is the underlying problem. see attached photo.

i do have a capture card connected from my ps5 to pc so i assume its something to do w that but idk why because its happening in valorant when the scene isnt active for the console nor is the console on.

i solved it, just had to deactivate the cap card in the ps5 scene
