Valorant loud wind noise sound on game capture

I want to record some Valorant gameplay when I noticed the wind sounds in game were a little loud. Is this normal or can this be fixed? I've noticed other streamers/recordings from my friends doesn't have this loud of a wind noise. My mic was also turned off here so the wind noise, based from the sound frequency on OBS is from in-game. Please help, thanks!

You can look in the Valorant game settings if it is possible to lower the volume of such background audio effects.

I've tried lowering/adjusting all audio effects and it just disappears when I turn off the master volume (which means no sound at all)
