Question / Help uverse 20mbps download / slow upload recommandation

Hello Forum,

I need settings recommendation. I play Ps4 and have a Elgato video capture card. I notice when I run my speed test on ps4 without streaming anything, I usually get about 15-20 mbps download speed. I notice when I got OBS up and streaming to twitch, My connection speed drops down to 8mbps download speed and makes my game pretty laggy. I have a few questions..

1) Is my internet speed to slow to stream while playing Ps4 games?
2) Is there any settings I can change in OBS studio, so I can still get a speed test at around 15-20 mbps? While streaming on twitch?

If your internet is going that low then it could be something with your ISP, also post a log Here how to and that will help more to someone can provide more info
