hi all and greetings from italy, i have LTE connection 1.8 mb upload, this is my laptop specs

ASUS Gaming ROG GL753VE-GC004T Windows 10 17.3 Pollici - 1920x1080 Pixel Intel Core i7-7700HQ (2.8 GHz) 16GB ram NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 128GB SSD + 1TB sata.

what are the best parameters for Work with x264 encoding well without lag and buffering?
