Hi all. Really hoping somebody here can give me a hand. Here's my situation:
Standard Wii (not Wii U) with component cables going into an Avermedia C127. I'm having trouble getting OBS to capture the input properly. I have the video of the component going into a component-to-vga adapter that then plugs into the capture card. I have the audio of the component going into a 2->1 line in jack that I have plugged into a line-in port on my computer.
In OBS I have a Video Capture Device source. The selected device is my capture card with the resolution at 720x480 and audio input device set to Line-In. With all of that set, when I preview or start my stream, I get nothing. No video; no audio; nothing. However, if I go back to the settings for the source and set the audio input device to my microphone or disable it entirely, I get a video feed (but no audio).
Does anybody know why I'm not getting anything at all when I have audio set to Line-In?
