Question / Help Using VAC and OBS with an audio interface.

Hey guys,

I use VAC and OBS to record tutorials on music programs (fl studio).
With my old audio interface i used VAC to route the "line in" from my interface to "line 1" (vac). Then i would pick "line 1 (vac)" as my desktop audio device in OBS. This way all the sounds i heard would be picked up in OBS.
If i just tried to use the audio interface's "out" in OBS it wouldn't pick up any sounds from FL studio, only from the pc. (not really sure why, maybe because FL studio is also using the audio interface)
So i messed around with VAC and found the above solution.

Now recentely i bought a new audio interface, and tried the same setup, but now OBS isn't picking up anything :(
I'm thinking that it would make more sense to route the interface's "line out" to "line 1 (vac)", but i can't select the interface's "line out" in VAC as a "wave in"

So i need to find a new way to route everything that's coming out of my interface to a line in VAC.

Hope someone can help me out here :)

Thanks for reading.
